Email info@shereenderousseau.com within five days of receiving your item and we will email you back a return authorization number. The item must be unworn, have tags attached and sent back in its original packaging, with the Return Authorization number written on the outside of the package. The number is valid as long as the post mark is within five days of your email. When we receive the item, your credit card will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable and if free shipping was offered, a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned without a proper return authorization number will be refused.
